Suddenly my bedrock world is completely broken

Seemingly out of no where my iOS bedrock minecraft world has glitched in the following ways:

can't open inventories including my own as well as chests and barrels

can't die

dropping blocks does not drop the item

no breaking animation

mobs can't move

Can hit mobs

cant use any commands including command blocks

cant change or alter any options besides name in the menu

took 45 min to open the world after closing it only for nothing to change

 

this is a bedrock map I downloaded and up until yesterday nothing was wrong. I also spent well over 60 hours on this world and it would be infuriating if this isn't resolved or if it's marked as resolved when it isn't, I tried searching for this and some people reported the inventory bug only for a mod to say it's a duplicate of a completely different bug about horse inventory.
