Not being able to enter the nether and hostile mob sound glitch

I have been having trouble entering the nether in all my worlds but it worked for a quick second and now I'm stuck in the nether and cant get back to the overworld. And I also have been having some issues with hostile mob glitch sounds  with spider, zombie, creeper, witch, and endermen
