Game crashes when trying to load "Cafe Simulator"

So I was on my nintendo switch and  I bought a game from the Marketplace called Cafe Simulator now then I have a lot of free space on my nintendo switch but when I try to load it up I can't play it! is it because of the nintendo switches hardware or something else?
