Bow desync or lag while spinning

Bow lag while spinning. It works fine when not spinning but it is hard when you are playing pvp and someone is at the back and your shot desync. I include a video but putted it in google drive because it exceed limit. If it's only my device my freinds will not be having desync issues also.
