Claiming of MInecraft Window 10 edition

If you can remember, an article Tom Stone wrote, published on 01/21/2020, saying if you bought Minecraft before 18th October 2018 you could claim a free copy of Minecraft Windows 10 edition. I bought Minecraft way before that and I can't claim Minecraft windows 10 editions please help me with my situation.
