Inviting others is working but not able to join

Hello Mojang and all!

 

I recently added an issue saying my friend is not able to join. Now my issue is I invite that same friend and she receives it but, she's not able to join. She also receives the notification (Through Xbox Console Companion) and when she accepts it Minecraft says "Wow this server is popular" and "Connection Timed out"
