My skin won't show it's completely white and only showing the face of the skin other players see this too

When I'm in a server on minecraft my skin will not show, it shows the face of my skin but the rest torso downwards is white. It's not just on my screen other players see it as well and I've tried Googling how to stop it but nothing came up. I've uninstalled minecraft, left and rejoined the sever I'm on and logged out my Microsoft account and logged back in and it's still showing. It's not on my worlds it's just on servers I play on and I don't know how to fix it.
