Why can't I play online with my friends?

I am a PlayStation plus member and I would like to play Minecraft with my other PlayStation plus friends, but whenever I try to join their world it always says "Unable to connect to world". My friend has also tried to join one of my worlds and it says the same thing. I have tried adding my Microsoft account (which I have made 3 different accounts and the outcome was the same) and when I try to add it...it says something along the lines of " this account has already been signed into a different PlayStation network account". I have no idea how to fix this problem and it would be greatly appreciated if you could help me fix it.
