Can’t connect to marketplace

I can’t connect to the marketplace despite having a good internet connection or using my phone data. My friends will use my home internet and be able to access the marketplace. Would anyone know of anything that could be causing this? It just says “We’re unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?”
