Music Discs don't return to player when leaving world without saving and quitting

On my Xbox when I feel like to play another game I just switch games without leaving my world and I have placed music discs inside my jukebox when I join back to my world the next day nothing comes out of the jukebox and the disc is nowhere to be seen. I have used different discs and they all haven't returned to me.
