Minecraft windows 10 stuck on red screen

I have a glitch with minecraft for windows 10. I hear all the music and sounds but i cant click or see everything. its just a red screen. 
Sometimes im able to click buttons as i can hear the noises, but i can't see what im clicking because its all a red screen
The color of the red is the same on after the mojang studios logo.
This has been going on for 2 days. I have tried going into windows settings and resetting the app as well as uninstalling and reinstalling it but nothing works.
