Getting stuck on a loading screen everytime I open a chest, inventory, or a menu.(not an internet issue)

Every time I log onto a world and try to open chests it leaves me stuck on a loading screen and when I try to open my inventory it gets me stuck on a loading screen again. As well as when I want to open setting or click on the main menu i get suck on a loading screen. And the screen takes a while to load in as well.
