My Orange minecon cape is gone I've had it since 2019 and it's missing

So I logged on today and my Orange founders cape is gone, I had it then I joined beta and it disappeared so I reinstalled regular to see and is still gone after trying to reset multiple times. This is one of the photos of evidence
