Cannot Purchase Ducktales Pack from Minecraft Marketplace

I cannot purchase the Minecraft Ducktales pack in the marketplace. I have adequate points and have tried lots of different payment methods and multiple platforms (mobile, iOS, switch, android and Xbox) to purchase the pack but I keep getting the same message.
