A Sticky Piston Does Not Retract Its Block When Placed At Y Level 1

I think that this bug is present amongst all devices in the Bedrock version of the game as I found it what playing with another user on and X-Box (I was on Pocket Edition). A Sticky Piston when placed facing upwards will extend to push a block on its face, but when un-powered the piston leaves its block where it pushed it to.
