Very Smooth Mouse

For some reason the mouse behaves like you're in cinematic mode in java edition, the mouse is TOO smooth and u cant aim properly

Also I didnt notice anyone having this bug except me

EDIT: I dont know why but on the video you cannot see it being smooth, but it actually is
