Music discs just randomly disappear after being ejected from jukebox.

So, I live in an artificial underground cave with my jukebox in a corner, and whenever I eject a music disc from the jukebox, it just randomly disappears, if I check the surface, then my music disc isn't there, I know it didn't despawn because I just ejected it out of the jukebox 10 seconds ago. The music disc goes into the wall and just randomly disappears, it goes into the wall because music discs fly out of the jukebox when ejected. I lost 2 music discs that took an extremely long time to get and can't get them back. So if this could be fixed, then that would be awesome since I am very upset about my music discs randomly disappearing.
