Is MC Bedrock PS4 really linking my Microsoft account?

I can't load my classic Developer Steve skin with the creeper cape on PS4 as I have it on my PC and mobile. If you look at the screenshot with the reload button, that's my PS4, the other one with apps beside it is my PC, and the last one is my Samsung A51 mobile. Why can't my skins, trophies, and minecoins link properly no matter the platform I'm on. On my PS4, I should be earning the trophies for both PlayStation trophies and Minecraft trophies. And why tokens over minecoins on PS4. Please fix this, I believe in you Mojang!
