Founders Cape still missing after latest update

So im a founder i had java first then got the beta of windows 10 and it awarded me the founder then it got removed and when i googled it a few other reports came in im currently looking for a video/photos of me with it because i did take a screenshot and video when the bug first started happening because it kept leaving and coming back too my inventory

so far this is the only picture i have and while it is kinda hard too see its in the elytra form
