The rewards for earning trophies are given

If I earn a trophy (the trophy’s are fine) the cosmetic rewards aren’t unlocked, I unlocked the trophy “Passing the time” two days ago and and the cosmetic reward wasn’t given.
the rewards for trophies I unlocked years ago also are not given
