infinite loading hud

when its trying to load the texture for the marketplace button it sometimes doesn't load and if i click on other button like the marketplace or the play button it will display a loading hud and its infinite it will not disappear and will not let me play the game and if i close it an error message will appear on the switch. even if i don't click on any of the buttons and just close the game it will still crash upon closing the game (if its trying to load the texture)
