My Hand not showing

There a glitch in the game that is kinda of annoying so I went on minecraft one day then it said update the game so I did but when I updated and went to build my hand wasn't and I like to use small skins a lot and hand doesn't because I'm guessing it's a mini skin and I can't play survival or build if I can see the materials to use but I really love If this problem was fixed thank you and yes I tried turning on view bobbing on and turning back off but nothing
