Game gets stuck loading after leaving the options menu and market

Every time I leave the options menu or market I get stuck with the red loading screen. I let it sit for 10+ minutes and close the game, while game is closing it says there has been an error and I was kicked off. I just downloaded the game and haven't even been able to play it yet.
