Updated Minecraft Windows 10 yesterday. Now all my worlds are gone. What gives?

Downloaded the latest update for Minecraft Windows 10 yesterday and now all our worlds (150ish) of them are gone.
How do we roll it back or restore the worlds?

He actually has Minecraft Bedrock on Windows 10. Believe the version 1.16.200...
