Founders Cape Disappeared

I didn't realize this was an issue until I went into the character creator and clicked on that pie cape. I had the founders cape on and it wasn't showing in the library, so I clicked on that pie cape and I can't get the founders cape back. I owned the Founders Cape pack and now it isn't even showing up in the owned category. It has disappeared from everywhere, I don't have the screenshot of the library where it used to be cuz it's gone but luckily I do have a recorded video of myself playing with the cape on. I've tried everything I can to get the cape back but it's not showing up.
