Shulker Bullets/Levitation Effect Causing Block Transparency Issues

When struck by a Shulker bullet and having the Levitation II effect applied, levitating up into half slabs causes the player to enter the block, either resulting in being unable to see outside of the block or causing suffocation.

Specifically occurred multiple times when being shot by Shulkers in End Cities.

To reproduce, allow player to be struck by Shulker bullet in End City, then allow player to rise up into half slab roof of End City room.
