The market place

I go on the market place and it says there’s no connection even though there is I’ve tried two different types of internet and 4 peoples 4g and it still says it doesn't work when the connections fine with my I pad and other online games just minecraft. I updated the game and still doesn't work.  1.16.201 that’s the version
