Players randomly disconnecting from Minecraft world.

At any random time players in my Minecraft worlds randomly disconnect. Only in my worlds my friends disconnect (they are on Xbox). This might be a problem on my end, but my WIFI is pretty good, I don't tab out, and a have a pretty good gaming PC... they still disconnect. Every time they rejoin they get disconnected seconds later. I was hoping someone could help with this issue.
