Red screen bug in the menu

Since last night when the game and once launched there is always the "red screen" that prevents me from seeing the menu and other. However I can hear the music in the menu and I can interact with the buttons but blindly because, as I said before, the red screen doesn't want to leave...

I tried to restart it and reinstall it but the bug is still there...

I would have liked to give you more details but apart from a red background, the music in the menu and me trying to click on the buttons I don't have anything else.
