The color has trouble when in fullscreen mode and mouse has delay

Hello!I am playing Minecraft for Windows10,and my cpu is AMD E2-7110.I updated my old GPU's driver but it brought bugs to Minecraft.
It looks like the color is reversed when I run Minecraft in fullscreen mode.The version of GPU is
"AMD Radeon Pro Software 2020.1204.0703.12704".

PS:Sorry for that I take these photos by my phone,because if I run any other program(Screenshot program), the color will be right.
