My Minecraft store items and world packs disappeared (ones I payed real money for)

The costume items I bought (with real money) in the Minecraft store will not load. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reloading my character, making a new one. The only skins I can use are ones from packs and the default skins.

As well as the world packs I bought like Skyblock, SkyGrid, and other world maps I had.

Please tell me there's an easy way to fix this?
