It rains underneath all blocks- solid or not. I'm on an Android Dell Venue 8

Basically whenever it rains, rain particles still fall through blocks like there not there e.g. in caves even. Snow golemns don't die under blocks when it rains, though so at least the rain mechanics are fine. It's just the particles are annoying in caves and in my house. Thanks for viewing and I hope you can fix this annoying bug! P.S. my device doesn't support screen shots. Sorry!
