How to Reproduce
1. Startup Minecraft
2. Wait until it reaches the loading screen with the "Minecraft" logo
--> The horizontal loading bar may appear stuck, and may take approx. 2-5 minutes or more to complete

What's expected
At least on mobile, the game had seemed to load in less than 30 seconds prior to version 1.16.201
