my windows 10 minecraft is stuck on the red screen

im not sure why my minecraft isnt loading for windows 10 version. its stuck on the red screen and ive tried to uninstall and install it back multiple times. i restarted my pc and it still doesnt load in for me. i can hear the sounds coming from the screen but it doesnt show anything except for the red mojang studios screen.
