Red and black blinking screen

Help! this problem happened before the 1.16.201 hotfix, and i thought that updating minecraft would help to fix this problem, but nothing has changed! the error still happens, and this didnt happen to me pre-1.16.200! i have my drivers updated, so i dont know what it could be. i miss playing minecraft with friends.
