Glass panes bug

Glass panes, when placed in a 1x2x2 grid, with 1 being width, 2 being length, and the second 2 being height, between two blocks, seem to have a sliver of 2 by 16 pixels missing down the center. I am unsure of whether this occurs with all colors or only yellow. To my knowledge this is not a gameplay bug but rather a visual bug.
