Red Screen Glitch

I'm not sure what Version I have. I just bought the Minecraft Master Edition for my Windows 10 PC and now my Minecraft is stuck at a red screen and will not do anything else. I can hear the music in the background. I have tried resetting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried contacting Microsoft for Tech Support. Either I want the game to work or my $55 back
