Some Devices Need A Lot Of Time to Enter Minecraft,World's,Creating Worlds,etc

I know I reported it alot but when it will be fixed?

I can't play Minecraft and

I'M STILL PLAYING 1.16.40 BECAUSE IF THIS BUG

So.. please fix it
