can't activate the coordinates Minecraft Realms

hello good morning, I bought a Minecraft Realms to play with my friends, because the LAN is a bit buggy to play 2pc's and a PS4, however in the realms I can't activate the coordinates, can someone help me? I've activated the commands but nothing has changed
