Randomly able to walk through blocks that are on the top half of the character. When able to do this, it seems to be that elytras don't work prop

Sometimes the game allows you to walk through blocks as long as they are 2 blocks high and your head is what goes through them. When this happens the elytra cuts in and out randomly.
