I paid for a Realms Plus suscription but i was never able to play in my Realms and also i was not able to use that additional content
I bought a subscription to Minecraft Realms Plus and when I went to my subscription i received a message that I have not finished creating the Realms and that we will finish it right now, I proceed to accept it, however when selecting that option a message appears saying: "The purchase was successful, but we could not create your Realm, we will try to create it as soon as possible. Enter later from your PS4 console” but I am in my PS4 so I don't understand what I should do. Finally I contacted technical support and they created a Realm for me, however the problem persists, the same message continues to appear and now I have two Realm subscriptions, however none of them appear in my console in the "subscriptions" section so I'm afraid of that they charge me twice for the renewal. Currently as I mentioned I have two subscriptions but I have access to only one Realm, however I do not have access to the additional content that Realms Plus offers. It should be noted that I only want ONE subscription, but the game does not let me cancel it in any way, nor does my PS4 (i know what to do to cancel a suscription from my ps4 but none of the two suscription appears there. Also my Realm does not let me to manage it since it was created by some of your members of technical support so the “manage” button does not appear in my Minecraft). Finally note that from the first moment they charged me the full value of the subscription when there is supposed to be a free month.
Note that technical support told me to submit a bug report ticket so please do not tell me to go to technical support.
