New Update Caps my Fps to 60 even with Vsync off

Bru ever since this update i turned off vsync and it still caps my fps to 60 and i have input delay if you see this plz fix and release as soon as possible like 1.16.201 plz i need this fast!! i have a smp and i need to play it and i get dizzy with this input delay plz fix this Mojang
