Main menu does not load

ENGLISH: Hi, I'm having trouble with loading the main menu. Minecraft turns on normally, but When I get to the main menu, so nothing happened, but the sounds work. It happened after the update to 1.16.200. It should be noted that I have new windows and graphic adapter updates.
