I am sometimes able to join peoples worlds and when I am able I freeze on the server however my player can move but not interact

70% of the time when I try to join someone it doesn't work which is annoying and when it does work I am able to play for a matter of minutes before I freeze on my friends screens however on my screen I am able to move around but not interact with anything at all this also happens on realms I have tried everything to fix it I need help
