Input Lag on Windows 10

With the new RTX update that recently came to Minecraft, I've suddenly been having issues regarding input lag. It's a significant latency and my Internet connection is strong and fast. I do not run RTX. I have a 60hz Monitor and run the game at 60 fps. This issue has not occurred with any previous version of Minecraft.
