Custom texturepack bug 1.16.200

Hey, today after i updated my minecraft to 1.16.200 i saw that something is wrong with the texturepack. I mean a custom texture pack not the default one, I saw a black thing in my crosshair and my sky was looking ugly and weird, I was really disappointed . is it for the new version? like I've used it before and this is the first time I am facing this , the screenshot below might explain...
