it doesnt let me play online access the market place I cant use my skins, capes and emotes how do I fix this

when ever I go in to mcpe it doesnt let me play online or do anything beside play offline i found away to fix it if you uninstall the game then reinstall it it works but if you go off the tab it gos back to not letting do anything
