grafics problem

Good night,

 

I have been the whole day checking the computer with microsoft assistant and they appointed me to contact with you because we have a problem with the grafics and we can not play, They have told me that the problem is with you because they have already done all from their part.

We have Minecraft for windows 10 in a PC.

Please we need help
