Switch crashes every time I try to join my Realm

Every time I try to join my realm my switch will crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and back in to my Microsoft account, and rebooted my switch. My boyfriend on ps4 is on same network and can log into the realm with no problem. I have checked for corrupt data, checked and changed NAT type, I have tried almost everything. Please fix this.  I understand crashes are automatically logged but when will this be fixed?
