Stuck On Ps4 Bedrocks MOJANG STUDIOS opening clip on game start up

Upon starting the game it loads the main opening clip of Mojang Studios am stays there even after 10 mins to 15 mins. I Cant even let my kids play it on ps4 because it wont go past that screen it just stays on it nothing else. The update version on Ps4 Bedrock is 2.19 it doesnt say 1.16.200.
